Eventix - How to Buy

Eventix products are sold through SalesLogix Business Partners worldwide.

If you have a Business Partner that you are working with, ask them about Eventix products. They will be able to provide answers to your questions. When you are ready to deploy Eventix Enrollment or Engagement, they will work with you to make it a success.

Eventix Engagement requires the purchase of a server license and a license for all named users.

Note: A TimeKeeper license is required for those users who need to track billable time or expenses. Users who need to track Project specific information, like a Project Manager, will require a full license.

Eventix Engagement is licensed on a named user basis. Every Eventix Engagement user requires a SalesLogix user license which is purchased separately. However, you only need to purchase Eventix Engagement licenses for users of the Eventix Engagement portion of the system as opposed to all SalesLogix users.

Every customer must purchase an Eventix Engagement Base System which includes 5 full user licenses. If you require more than 5 Eventix Engagement users, an additional User Add-on Pack must be purchased. Quantity discounting is available, check with your SalesLogix Reseller.

There are two different types of Engagement Users: A Full Licenses User and a TimeKeeper License.

The TimeKeeper is a person looking to track their time against performed work. This requires a TimeKeeper license only.

A Full Licenses User is a user who needs access to the Project Management and/or Billing portions of Engagement. A Full license also includes the TimeKeeper license

Here are a few examples of customer needs and what products would be purchased:

Customer needs 20 SalesLogix users and 4 Eventix Engagement users
   Customer Buys: 20 SalesLogix Licenses + 1 Eventix Engagement Quick Start System

Customer needs 50 SalesLogix users and 14 Eventix Engagement users (5 Project/Billing Managers and 9 consultants that only need to track their time)
   Customer Buys: 50 SalesLogix Licenses + 1 Eventix Engagement Base System + 2 5-User TimeKeeper Add-on Packs

Customer needs 150 SalesLogix users and 50 Eventix Engagement users (10 Project/Billing Managers and 40 consultants that only need to track their time)
   Customer Buys: 150 SalesLogix Licenses + 1 Eventix Engagement Base System + 1 5-User Full license Add-on Packs + 10 5-User TimeKeeper Add-on Packs
